Isabella has been doing a tremendous job pushing through her workouts. She has been enthusiastically navigating her weightlifting learning curve, as she is somewhat new to strength and conditioning. Her growing confidence allows her to not only complete reps and sets, but dominate each exercise. Keep it up! 💪🏼
