A committee of more than 20 state and district-level leaders from Nevada visited SCV35 one week after Nevada State Superintendent Ebert visited our district last week. As a state, Nevada is working to develop a network of districts interested in evolving to a personalized, competency-based learning (PCBL) model of instruction and toured three of our school sites to see what PCBL looks like in action. Consultants from KnowledgeWorks, an Ohio-based education advocacy group, also participated. #SCV35AboveTheBar #PCBL
