The 17th Annual Back-to-School Blitz was a tremendous success!!

Santa Cruz Valley Unified School District No. 35 proudly celebrated its 17 Annual Back-to-School BLiTZ, a community-wide event dedicated to helping students start the school year prepared for success. Held indoors at Coatimundi Middle School, the event served more than 600 students by providing essential school supplies and valuable community resources.

Students received free backpacks, district spirit shirts, and a a wide variety of school supplies to have them begin the school year with confidence. Families also had access to free vision screenings provided by the Green Valley Lions Club and all participating students and their siblings received snacks from SCVUSD No. 35.

The continued success of the Annual Back-to-School BLiTZ reflects the generosity of community partners, volunteers, and sponsors whose unwavering support ensures that every child has the tools they need to thrive in the classroom. THANK YOU!
