Welcome to Santa Cruz Valley Unified School District #35. On this page, you will find information regarding our registration process.

Our offices are temporarily closed and we are accepting 2020-2021 enrollments via email and appointment for kinder-12th grades.  

To get started, please download the Welcome Packet below and follow these simples steps:

1.  Download the form. (5 total, 6 for open enrollment)

2.  Fill out each form.

3.  Save the form as a PDF or take a picture with your smartphone.  

4. Once all 5 forms (6 if students are open enrollment) and email the completed forms to studentrecords@scv35.org.

Las oficinas están cerradas temporalmente y estamos aceptando inscripciones para el año escolar 2020-2021 por correo electrónico y cita para los grados de Kinder (jardin de niños) al duodécimo grado. 

Para comenzar, por favor descarge el paquete de bienvenida a continuación y siga estos sencillos pasos:

Frequently Asked Registration Questions

How old does my child need to be to register for kindergarten?
Children need to be five (5) years old by August 31. Registrations open in January.

Is pre-k available?
Yes, we have full-day classes available for eligible families. Children must be four (4) years old by August 31. For more information please, pleasecontact Lizzie Menefee at (520) 375-8525 or lmenefee@scv35.org

Registration Facts

In-District Student - We will enroll your child within the corresponding school boundary of your current address. We will provide transportation.

In-District Boundary Exception - You can apply to have your child attend a different school through boundary exception. As long as there is room, your child will be accepted. No transportation available.

Out of District Open Enrollment - If the student resides outside of the Rio Rico School District, an open enrollment form is available. Certain conditions apply. Limited transportation available to Nogales.

Registrations open year round except for pre-k.

Immunization Information

In accordance with state law, we require our students to receive the appropriate immunizations-and provide proof of immunization-before enrolling in our district schools. Please visit our Health Office page for details and information about immunization requirements.
